Challenge
After a year of rapid growth, Skin Rituals had outgrown their digital presence. The original website no longer reflected the level of service, sensory experience, or team expansion happening in real life.
The brand needed a way to introduce three new team members, each with their own specialty.
They were ready to launch an ecommerce store to reach customers nationwide.
Their site lacked the structure, strategy, and user flow to support scalable growth and online bookings.
Daisy wanted the digital experience to feel as elevated and calming as walking into the studio.
The Solution
I led a full brand strategy upgrade and website transformation, carefully preserving the essence of their original branding, but elevating its presence through design, functionality, and storytelling.

Designed and developed a new website using Wix, seamlessly integrating service menu + bookings and ecommerce.
Created a modular About section that introduces each team member and can evolve with the brand.
Used micro-interactions, subtle animations, and visual hierarchy to reflect the studio’s multi-sensory, high-touch experience.
Ensured backend infrastructure was built for seasonal updates, campaign flexibility, and product expansion.
